Kathy Radie-Keane, MD
Dr. Radie-Keane received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors
from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA in 1980 and her Medical
Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA in
1986. She completed her Internship at Salem Hospital in Salem, MA
in 1987. Dr. Radie-Keane completed her Residency in Radiation Oncology at Tufts-New
England Medical Center in Boston, MA and the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA
in 1990 where she served as Chief Resident. She was an Assistant Professor at the Medical
College of Virginia and Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Radie-Keane joined NorthMain Radiation Oncology in 1995 and was Chairman of
Radiation Oncology at Roger Williams Medical Center from 1998 to 2005. She is a Clinical
Assistant Professor at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is involved
in clinical trials through the university, as well as National Cancer Institute (NCI) funded
study groups such as NSABP, CALGB and RTOG. She is Board Certified by the American
Board of Radiology in Radiation Oncology.
Dr. Radie-Keane’s areas of interest include breast,
gynecologic, lung, lymphomas and head and neck cancers. She has had extensive
experience with IMRT and TomoTherapy®.
