Won S. Chang, MD

Dr. Chang received his undergraduate degree as well as his Doctorate in Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia. Following an internship at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, he completed his residency training in Radiation Oncology at New York University Medical Center in 2000, where he served as Chief Resident during his final two years. Dr. Chang was certified by the American Board of Radiology-Radiation Oncology that same year.

In July 2000 Dr. Chang joined the staff at Comprehensive Cancer Care in Exton, where he continues his responsibilities as Senior Staff Radiation Oncologist. His clinical areas of expertise include breast cancer as well as cancers of the head and neck, lung, gastrointestinal tract, and prostate. Dr. Chang has extensive experience in Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), transrectal ultrasound-guided (TRUS) prostate seed implants, and has pioneered the use of accelerated partial breast irradiation using the MammoSite high-dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy delivery system.
