Gregory Ochsner, MD
Dr. Ochsner completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota before receiving in 1988 his Medical Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Following an internship at Tulane, he underwent his Radiation Oncology residency training at New York University Medical Center, and soon after obtained certification from the American Board of Radiology-Radiation Oncology. From 1992-1995 he was Assistant Professor in Radiation Medicine at New York Medical College and Attending Physician in the Department of Radiation Medicine at Westchester County Medical Center.
In 1995, Dr. Ochsner began practicing radiation oncology at the Exton Cancer Center, the predecessor to Comprehensive Cancer Care which opened in February 2000, where he remains Director of Radiation Oncology. His interests include cancers of the upper and lower aero-digestive tract, prostate, and gynecologic malignancies with extensive expertise in various forms of both low-dose (TRUS prostate seed implants) and high-dose rate brachytherapy (HDR). Dr. Ochsner led the development of CT scan simulation and 3-D treatment planning at Comprehensive Cancer care, and assisted in the implementation of the IMRT and IGRT technology used currently.
