Scott A. Triedman, MD

Dr. Triedman received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University in Providence, RI in 1982 and his Medical Degree from Brown University School of Medicine in 1885.  He then went on to complete his Internship in Internal Medicine at the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, MA in 1986, followed by his Residency in Radiation Oncology at the Harvard Joint Center for Radiation Therapy in Boston, MA.  He was an instructor in Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Triedman is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is involved in clinical trials through Brown University Oncology Group, as well as the National Cancer Institute (NCI) funded study groups such as NSABP, CALGB and RTOG.  He  joined NorthMain Radiation Oncology in 1990.  His areas of expertise include prostate cancer and thoracic malignancies.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology for Radiation Oncology. Dr. Triedman has extensive experience with Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT).
