Patient Account Services Representative

Vantage Oncology, Inc., a developer & operator of state-of-the-art radiation oncology centers has an immediate opening in Evansville, IN for an experienced Patient Account Services Representative.

This position is responsible for ensuring aging accounts receivables are addressed timely so that all appropriate claims are paid.  Responsibilities include communicating with insurance payers daily to determine when payments are to be made, conducting research to resolve outstanding issues, submitting regular account review reports, and other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma/equivalent, college education preferred;  a minimum of two years’ experience in third party billing and collections; excellent communication, organization, and math skills; detail oriented; experience with Intergy, IMPAC, and/or Radiation Oncology billing preferred, but not mandatory.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong customer service background and the ability to quickly learn new software.
