Patient Navigator
 
Vantage Oncology is searching for a Patient Navigator to support our clinical team at our Decatur (suburban Atlanta) facility.   This is a very unique opportunity to work directly with prospective patients as they begin their journey to winning the battle against cancer.  In this role you will represent Vantage Oncology to all of our new and prospective prostate cancer patients.  You will educate the prospective patient on the services offered through Vantage and facilitate a consultation with the patient and one of our physicians.  The primary duties (80%) of this position involve telephonic interaction with prospective patients.  The remaining 20% of your time is devoted to administrative duties such as entering call data into CRM system and mailing requested materials to potential patients. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• High Scholl degree or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, empathic listener
• Healthcare experience required
• Must be able to work well with physician and various other staff members as well as management personnel
• Stable work history
• Flexibility to work Tuesday evenings to attend patient lectures
